"Many come to therapy to help break the cycle of emotional distress and accompanying behaviors that simply do not work for them. I believe that each individual has unique strengths and it is through recognizing these attributes that positive behavioral and emotional changes can happen. With empathy and an understanding of who you are, I will collaborate with you to define your goals for change, guide you through the therapeutic process, and help you connect with what you value."

Services
Compassionate, individualized approaches for a healthier mind. Sessions are held via Zoom, which is a HIPAA-compliant platform for virtual sessions. Frequency of sessions and treatment approach will vary based upon client need and clinical recommendation.

Starting the Process
Phone Consultation:
Determining appropriate fit between client and therapist is essential for the therapy process. In order to ascertain if I can be of help to you, I offer a 10-15 minute phone consultation free of charge.
Initial Evaluation:
Following a phone consultation, new clients will be scheduled for an initial evaluation. We will discuss your needs, history, and ways in which I may be helpful to you. If we proceed with therapy, I will provide a recommendation of a preliminary treatment plan.
Insurance
I am not in-network with any insurance providers and do not connect directly with insurance carriers. Payment is required a the time of service. Your insurance policy may have out-of-network benefits, which may offer partial reimbursement for services. Because each policy differs, it is recommended you contact your insurance provider to best understand your out-of-network benefits. You may choose to file a claim to access any out-of-network benefits your insurance policy offers. I will regularly provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company to access such benefits. A superbill is an itemized statement detailing services provided to a client for insurance review. It is the client responsibility to submit the superbill to insurance for any potential reimbursement.
I have also partnered with Mentaya, an optional service that assists with client out-of-network claim submission to streamline reimbursement.
